The End of a Sick-free Era

by Heather on February 20, 2012

The past week has been a bit of a downer for me, only because after a full year of avoiding getting sick (a major accomplishment for anyone in a college or work environment), I caught a nasty cold.  It seems to be on its last leg though, so hopefully by this weekend I’ll be back up to full power.  Being sick is never fun, but it’s definitely a reminder of how important it is to take good care of ourselves!  Visiting your doctor or medical assistant too often is never a good thing and is a sign that you are unhealthy. You may want to check out the organic fruits listed below and start living a healthy life.

It’s been a while since I did a grocery post, and yesterday I happened to think of capturing my weekly finds before putting them away, so I figured I’d share…

I don’t get sick often either, but I was sick a couple of weeks ago, and it threw off my schedule. I feel like I’ve been playing catch up these last few weeks. Love all your groceries! :)

Aww, sorry you got sick! I haven’t been sick in forever and this fall/winter I’ve had three major colds! Not to mention I’m pregnant on top of that. haha

Your grocery posts always inspire me to go for simplicity in my food. Love seeing it!
